Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, all of the bookings at Aisha Atkinson Hair require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. If a client fails to notify before 24-hours, 30% of the appointment will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If a client fails to attend their appointment without any notice, the whole appointment cost will need to be paid before booking another appointment to cover the no show appointment.

What if I’m going to be late for my appointment?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that I can complete your full service if you are late for your appointment. Please notify me via text if you are running late. There may be a cancellation fee applied if I am unable to complete your service.

How long will my appointment take?

I can offer an estimated time frame for your appointment however, as everyone’s hair needs are different I cannot guarantee how long your appointment will take.

Do you offer short haircuts?

Unfortunately, I do not specialise in short hair cutting at Aisha Atkinson Hair. For styles above the ear, I would be happy to recommend another trusted hairdresser.

Can I come in for a consultation?

Of course, consultations are highly recommended if you are a first-time client, unsure of what service to book.

Do you offer hair extensions?

Yes, I offer microbeads, tape extensions and clip-ins. Consultations are required for any clients looking to purchase hair extensions this way I can explore what options are best suited to your hair.

Am I able to purchase a gift voucher?
